ROAST’s Wimbledon Afternoon Tea is a celebration of the world’s most prestigious tennis tournament, crafted in partnership with Lavazza, official coffee partner of The Championships. Set within our indoor garden — a floral-filled, light-drenched space that feels as special as the occasion itself — this is an afternoon designed to be lingered over.
The menu brings together creative sandwich offerings, signature savouries and beautifully crafted pâtisserie, each element balanced for flavour, finesse and presentation. Finished with a perfectly brewed Lavazza coffee, every detail has been considered to create an afternoon worth savouring — whether you’re celebrating, treating yourself, or simply making the most of summer.

What is included in afternoon tea at Roast?
Afternoon tea at Roast includes a selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, handmade pastries and classic scones served with clotted cream and jam. Teas are chosen from a curated selection. Guests can also choose to enjoy their afternoon tea with tea only, a cocktail, a glass of Champagne, or upgrade to bottomless Prosecco.
What is the dress code for afternoon tea?
Roast follows a smart-casual dress code for afternoon tea. We recommend neat, relaxed attire; formal dress is not required, but sportswear and very casual clothing are discouraged.
Do you do free refills for afternoon tea sandwiches?
No , these are not free of charge
Do you offer a nut-free afternoon tea?
Nut-free afternoon tea can be accommodated with advance notice. Please let the team know of any allergies when booking so arrangements can be made safely. Please note we cannot guarantee no traces or cross contamination .
Can dietary requirements be catered for during afternoon tea?
Yes, we offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and Halal menus and other dietary-specific afternoon tea menus where possible. Availability may vary, so we recommend contacting the restaurant ahead of your visit.

AFTERNOON TEA TERMS & CONDITIONS
This restaurant requires credit card details to secure any booking. All credit card information will be processed securely.
Should you wish to cancel or move your reservation, please inform us 24 hours (or 72 hours from 18th – 30th November bookings) prior to your reservation to avoid a late cancellation or no show charge of £30 per person.
Should you wish to move or cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the standard cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours (or 72 hours from 18th November – 30th November) notice in advance will be subject to a charge of £30 per person.
Gluten-free/vegan/vegetarian/halal alternatives are available upon request at least 72 hours prior to the booking. Please state dietary requirements upon booking or call us on 0203 3713 120.
All requests for amendments to gluten-free/vegan/vegetarian/halal menus must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation. Should you require any substitutions or modifications to the items on our menu, a £5 per afternoon tea charge will be added to your bill.
