CREDIT CARD POLICY
This restaurant requires credit card details to secure any booking. All credit card information will be processed securely.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us 24 hours (or 72 hours from 18th November- 31st December bookings) prior to your reservation to avoid a late cancellation or no show charge of £30 per person.
No-shows or cancellations less than 24h (or 72 hours from 18th November – 31st December) notice in advance will be subject to a charge of £30 per person.
Terms and conditions also apply in cases of sickness and COVID.
SPECIAL DAYS
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve
Terms for key dates are as follows:
Credit card required for any booking.
We require a deposit of £30 per head for groups of 6 or more.
72 hours notice of cancellation (inc. sickness, Covid, travel delays etc.) required.
Bookings on key dates are not transferrable and cannot be moved with less than 72 hours notice .
MARKET MENU
These menus are available on request.
Market Menu only available for up to 12 people
Please be aware that the Market Menu is not available from 18th November 2025 – 5th January 2026.
AFTERNOON TEA
Each guest dining with us is required to order an afternoon tea per person. A charge of £30 per person applies to all non-dining guests.
We offer Vegan / Vegetarian / GF / Halal afternoon tea menus, with a minimum of 72 hrs notice.
Should you require any substitutions or modifications to the items on our afternoon tea menus, a £5 per afternoon tea charge will be added to your bill.
Afternoon Tea is not available from 1st – 26th December 2025.

Corporate card holders can enjoy a 10% discount upon every visit with us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even drinks at ROAST Bar.
Whether it’s a business lunch, catching up over coffee or dinner with your colleagues, enjoy your visit with the benefit of access to the best available table as well as a 10% discount.
ROAST corporate cards belong to your company, so everyone can benefit.
Discount only applies upon presenting the physical card on the day of your booking.
Corporate card holders will be among the first to hear about our special events, promotions and menus!
10% discount will be on food and beverage only.
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is not valid in December or on key dates including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Fathers’s Day and New Year’s Eve.

BIRTHDAY OFFER
FREE BOTTLE OF PROSECCO & COMPLIMENTARY MEAL FOR THE BIRTHDAY GUEST
Eligibility for Offer: This offer entitles the birthday guest to a complimentary meal and a free bottle of Prosecco (Daily Specials excluded), provided that the following conditions are met:
- A minimum booking of six guests is required. If 6 people are not present on the day, the offer cannot be redeemed.
- Each guest, including the birthday guest, must order a minimum of two courses (a main course must be included).
- Side dishes are excluded from this offer.
- Available on lunch and dinner bookings only.
Reservation Requirements: Advance booking is mandatory and is subject to table availability. Reservations must be made over the phone. Online bookings require a follow-up phone call to confirm the offer. The offer must be explicitly mentioned and accepted by our reservations team at the time of booking.
Proof of Birthday: Valid identification proving the birthday date may be requested upon arrival (Passport or ID (eg. driving license))
Exclusions and Limitations: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special menus, such as the Market Menu. The offer is valid for bookings made up to 21 days prior to and 14 days following the actual birthday. Please note, this offer is not valid in December.
General: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. This offer is subject to the restaurant’s standard terms and conditions. We look forward to celebrating with you!
ANNIVERSARY OFFER
Eligibility for Offer: A minimum of two courses per person is required to redeem this offer.
Reservation Requirements: Valid for bookings only; not available for walk-ins. Offer must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Exclusions and Limitations: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not available on key dates such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc. Additionally, the offer is not available throughout December (1st to 31st December inclusive).
KIDS EAT FREE OFFER
Availability: This offer is available only during school holidays. Confirmation of the dates that the offer is available for each school holiday will be announced through our official channels, including social media and marketing emails.
Exclusions: The offer is not valid on key dates such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc. Additionally, the offer is not available throughout December (1st to 31st December inclusive).
Menu Restrictions: To redeem the offer, children must order from our Roast Kids menu. A la carte dishes, breakfast and afternoon tea are excluded from this offer.
Adult Participation: For each free kid’s meal, one adult must order a minimum of two courses from our A La Carte menu (a main course must be included). One adult entitles one child to eat for free; two adults entitle two children to eat for free.
Offer Restrictions: This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, such as the Market Menu or other discounts. Offer valid only for children aged up to 12 years old.
Redemption: Both walk-ins and bookings are eligible to redeem the offer.
Offer Modification: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
LOST PROPERTY
Any items found on the premises will be carefully kept for up to one month. Due to limited storage space, unclaimed items after this period will be disposed of. We kindly ask guests to check their belongings before leaving, as we cannot be held responsible for lost property.
Any items stored in the cloakroom are left at the owner’s risk. ROAST restaurant and its management team do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to items stored on the premises or in the cloakroom.
CAKEAGE
Plating fees for cakes are £6.50 per person.
We can arrange for bespoke cakes with 48 hours notice.
CORKAGE
You can bring your own bottle of wine (as long as it is not listed on our menu). Corkage fees apply.

RETURN POLICY
Please note the return times, which apply from the time of the booking, are as follows:
1 hour 30 minutes for parties up to 2
2 hours for parties up to 12
2 hours and 30 minutes for parties of 12 +
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals and your table will be held for 15 minutes from your booking time, but may be reallocated should you arrive after this time.
VOUCHERS
BLACK FRIDAY VOUCHERS 2025:
All vouchers purchased in the Black Friday sale are valid from 1st January – 16th November 2026.
These vouchers cannot be used on certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.
Discount: 20%
Vouchers are not extendable in any circumstances.
CHRISTMAS 25% OFF VOUCHERS: Valid from 2nd January to 28th February 2026 -This discount can be redeemed Monday to Sunday for bookings up to 10 guests from the 2nd January to the 28th February 2026. Discount applies to the total bill of the table. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or on certain promotional days such as Burns Night and Valentine’s Day. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This offer does not apply to Afternoon Tea.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 12 month validity period.
Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
All gift card bookings must be booked in advance, and the gift card unique redemption code must be quoted at the time of booking. The original gift card must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the restaurant to redeem it. No photocopies will be accepted.
Gift cards cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Please ask when booking.
Gift cards can be redeemed against all or part of a purchase of food and drink in the restaurant or bar, including afternoon tea.
Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Whole monetary vouchers can only be used for a single transaction. Please note no cash or change can be given if the bill total is less than the value of the gift card.
Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number 020 3371 3120 to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
Items ordered in addition to the gift card and the applicable discretionary service charges / gratuities are not included in the price of the gift card.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Voucher or giftcard cannot be redeemed against tasting menu experiences.
VOUCHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.
Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.
Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 48 hours before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event a booked gift card, or experience day is cancelled by the company, the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months.
Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at Roast Restaurant (this will be subject to the voucher expiry date and reservation at the restaurant).
The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanged for goods and service shall be forfeited.
