CREDIT CARD POLICY

This restaurant requires credit card details to secure any booking. All credit card information will be processed securely.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us 24 hours (or 72 hours from 16th November- 31st December bookings) prior to your reservation to avoid a late cancellation or no show charge of £30 per person.
No-shows or cancellations less than 24h (or 72 hours from 16th November – 31st December) notice in advance will be subject to a charge of £30 per person.
Terms and conditions also apply in cases of sickness and COVID.

SPECIAL DAYS

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve
Terms for key dates are as follows:
Credit card required for any booking.
We require a deposit of £30 per head for groups of 6 or more.
72 hours notice of cancellation (inc. sickness, Covid, travel delays etc.) required.
Bookings on key dates are not transferrable and cannot be moved with less than 72 hours notice .

MARKET MENU & AFTERNOON TEA

These menus are available on request.
Only available for up to 12 people
Please be aware that the Market Menu is not available from 14th November – 31st December 2023.
Afternoon Tea is not available from 2nd – 31st December 2023.

Corporate card holders can enjoy a 10% discount upon every visit with us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even drinks at ROAST Bar.
Whether it’s a business lunch, catching up over coffee or dinner with your colleagues, enjoy your visit with the benefit of access to the best available table as well as a 10% discount.
ROAST corporate cards belong to your company, so everyone can benefit.
Discount only applies upon presenting the physical card on the day of your booking.
Corporate card holders will be among the first to hear about our special events, promotions and menus!
10% discount will be on food and beverage only.
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is not valid in December or on key dates including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Fathers’s Day and New Year’s Eve.
ROAST reserves the right to remove this discount at any time.

CAKEAGE

Plating fees for cakes are £6.50 per person.
We can arrange for bespoke cakes with 48 hours notice.

This restaurant requires a deposit to secure any booking for groups of 13 or more.
T&C subject to contract.

RETURN POLICY

Please note the return times, which apply from the time of the booking, are as follows:
1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2;
2 hours for parties of up to 6;
2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+.
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals and your table will be held for 15 minutes from your booking time, but may be reallocated should you arrive after this time.

VOUCHERS

BLACK FRIDAY VOUCHERS 2022: All vouchers purchased on Black Friday week are valid from 1st January 2023 – 31st December 2023.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 12 month validity period. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. All gift card bookings must be booked in advance, and the gift card unique redemption code must be quoted at the time of booking. The original gift card must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the restaurant to redeem it. No photocopies will be accepted. Gift cards cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Please ask when booking. Gift cards can be redeemed against all or part of a purchase of food and drink in the restaurant or bar. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Whole monetary vouchers can only be used for a single transaction. Please note no cash or change can be given if the bill total is less than the value of the gift card. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number 020 3371 3120 to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation. Items ordered in addition to the gift card and the applicable discretionary service charges / gratuities are not included in the price of the gift card. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Voucher or giftcard cannot be redeemed against tasting menu experiences.

VOUCHER CANCELLATION POLICY Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired. Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 48 hours before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange. In the unlikely event a booked gift card, or experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at Roast Restaurant (this will be subject to the voucher expiry date and reservation at the restaurant). The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanged for goods and service shall be forfeited.
