Our menus at Roast reflect the best produce the British Isles has to offer. This is impossible without using suppliers that are incredibly passionate about what they do.
All our meat comes from from the best supplier in the country: Lake District Farmers. At Roast we are working along side Lake District Farmers to make all of our meat suppliers carbon neutral by 2025.
Lake District Farmers
At LDF we focus on a small number of traditional breeds which are all native to the UK but with very different origins, ranging from the 17th century in the case of the Berkshire, to the much more modern, 20th century, British Saddleback.
Heritage Breed Beef
Our heritage breeds are grown slowly, and with great care, on biodiverse pastures until they reach maturity between 28-36 months. This time-honoured process allows our cattle to have both a long and fulfilled life. All of our beef is dry aged traditionally on the bone, ensuring that we respect the animal by maximising product quality.

Now run by a third generation, they offer an extensive array of fruits, vegetables, salads and herbs that encompasses not only the everyday staples but also ventures into the realm of the exotic. A vibrant tapestry of fruits, vegetables, salads, and herbs finds its way from Grovers to grace the heart of every menu we curate.

Now in its 90th year, Hallgarten Wines has a portfolio full of simply outstanding wine from some of the world’s greatest producers, waiting to be uncovered and enjoyed. From the award-winning wines of Saint Clair, pioneers in Marlborough producing some of the best Sauvignon Blanc to be found on the planet, to the piercing brilliance and originality of Australia’s Larry Cherubino and Chile’s Perez Cruz, Hallgarten has it all.
Cantine Risveglio was founded in 1958 by a group of winemakers, based in Brindisi (Puglia). With dedication and passion for over 60 years, Cantine Risveglio has become one of the most well-known wine producers in the South of Italy and we are honoured to have their collaboration for our two exclusive house white wines.
The Luigi Bosca vineyards are located in Luján de Cuyo, Maipú and Valle de Uco, three of the most renowned regions of Mendoza, Argentina. They provide us with their distinctive features and give us our incomparable house red wine, branded exclusively for Roast Restaurant.
Freedom Brewery’s story began in Fulham, London in 1995 where they began to pursue their dreams to be a natural sustainable brewery without using any additives. We are proud to be part of the Freedom Brewery family and to have a selection of their labels exclusively Roast branded for us.
