Marc Bevan

Owner
Marc first connected with the hospitality industry while running his own construction company which catered primarily to the hospitality sector. Soon after, Marc was approached by Nobu London to oversee the construction of multiple locations across Europe, before moving into operations for Ping Pong restaurants, launching 10 locations over a 2-year period. Marc then joined the Roast London team leading to his purchase of the restaurant and brand in 2019.

Mattia Barbiero

Operations Director
Mattia began his journey with Roast London in 2013 following a successful role at Rococo Melbourne. After rising through the ranks from Bar Back to F&B Manager, he teamed up with Marc as a F&B consultant to launch multiple projects such as Bianco43 and Roast Kitchen. Mattia joined forces with Marc once again in 2019 as the Operations Director for the launch of Roast Worldwide.

Iliya Nikolov

Head Chef
Iliya first started in Berners Tavern London Edition Hotel, one of Jason Atherton’s famous restaurants, under executive chef Phil Carmichael. On Phil's personal recommendation, Iliya joined Morano in Mayfair, a 1 Michelin star restaurant by Angela Hartnett. After almost two years, he received the call to assist in opening No.Fifty Cheyne in Chelsea where he served as a Junior Sous Chef. Within two years, he had progressed to Head Chef.

Luca Terminiello

General Manager
Luca hails from the Amalfi Coast but has spent the last 12 years in London. He worked at The Delaunay for 1.5 years before completing various stints at five-star hotels in Mayfair. He began working at ROAST in 2013. He started as a waiter and absolutely loved the restaurant from the start. His progression through the ranks to Restaurant Manager has been a natural one over the last eight years.
