Yes, we offer a range of dietary options for Afternoon Tea, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal. Please let the team know of any allergies or preferences when booking.
Do you offer a nut free afternoon tea?
Nut-free afternoon tea can be accommodated with advance notice. Please let the team know of any allergies when booking so arrangements can be made safely. Please note we cannot guarantee no traces or cross contamination.
Are non-alcoholic beverages available with the Baby Shower Afternoon Tea?
Yes, absolutely. We offer non-alcoholic sparkling wine in place of champagne, so the guest of honour can raise a glass alongside everyone else. Our cocktail menu also includes non-alcoholic alternatives, ensuring every guest feels fully part of the celebration.

BABY SHOWER AFTERNOON TEA TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Requirements
A minimum of 6 guests is required for all Baby Shower Afternoon Tea bookings.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a reservation has been accepted by the venue.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 24 hours before the event.
Special Offer for the Mum-to-Be
For bookings of 11 guests or more, the mum-to-be receives her Afternoon Tea and tea selection complimentary.
This offer applies to the mum-to-be only and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time may be amended or cancelled without charge.
Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a charge of £30 per person for each cancelled or absent guest.
The venue reserves the right to charge the card used to secure the booking for any applicable cancellation fees.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Arrival & Event Duration
Guests are requested to arrive on time to ensure the full Afternoon Tea experience.
Table reservations are allocated for the agreed booking duration and you may be required to vacate the table at the end of the reservation period.
